On July 14th members enjoyed a summer matinee featuring the biographical details of Elbert Hubbard and his influence on the arts and crafts movement as he established Roycroft in upstate New York. Kathy was kind enough to share examples of works from the Roycroft Renaissance movement and historical documents aquired from a recent day trip to the site of the art community.
On July 19th members attended the refreshment planning meeting. BOFA will be providing refreshments at the Belfast Library Lawn concerts for the first three Mondays in August.
