Autumn is here! and with it comes the Allegany Artisans Studio Tours

OPEN STUDIOS ~ Preview in select studios, Friday, October 13 5-8 pm, and in all studios, Saturday & Sunday, October 14 & 15, 10 am to 5 pm.  The Allegany Artisans Studio Tour is an annual cooperative event that includes artisans of diverse styles, tastes and traditions working with clay, wood, metal, fiber, jewelry, paint, glass, paper & more! "We had 76 artists this year, 9 adults and 67 BCS students who published in "A Handful of Stars", Vol 6, an art and literary magazine published every year by the students of BCS. I have only included pictures of 8 of the adults. The book may be seen at the Library--it is included in the collection." ~Kathy

NACQ Quilt Show October 1-30th at the Belfast Public Library. Norther Allegany Quilters meet 1st and 3rd Thursdays at 1pm at Fillmore Wesleyan Family Center. Cost $1

Doll Show ~ November 1-30th, Belfast Library ~A thirty year retrospective of the creativity of the Southwestern York-Penn Doll Club, organized by the Doll Club.

UFO Day Nov. 30th 1-4pm, Belfast Town Hall 

UFO days are scheduled for the Town Hall in Belfast.
